Tier #1 Coaching Service
£85 per month
This service is ideal for those athletes who are intending to participate in competitive racing and includes:

Initial consultation

Training blocks will be based on a periodised approach, specific to the athlete’s goals and target events

All training sessions scheduled and recorded using TrainingPeaks (basic account provided)

Dynamic training plan updates included

Bi-weekly written feedback provided through TrainingPeaks, or where applicable, an online meeting to discuss bi-weekly training progress

Training analysis undertaken using WKO5
Tier #2 Coaching Servce
£65 per month
This service is ideal for the club rider looking to improve their overall cycling performance, with a view to participating in sportive events (or similar).
Initial consultation
Training blocks will be based on a periodised approach, specific to the athlete’s goals and target events
All training sessions scheduled and recorded using TrainingPeaks (basic account provided)
Dynamic training plan updates included
Monthly written feedback provided through TrainingPeaks
Tier #3 Coaching Service
£50 per month
This service is unsupervised but is ideal for the rider looking to improve their overall cycling performance through a structured approach to training.

All training sessions scheduled and recorded using TrainingPeaks (basic account provided)

A monthly review will be undertaken to establish the appropriate direction for the subsequent training block
Consultation Service
£50 (one off payment)
Undertaken in person or remotely
Review of the athlete’s last 12 months of training (subject to data availability)
Identify potential training gaps
Review forthcoming target events/races
Identify training plan strategy
Define development pathways
Consultation and Performance Testing Service
£75 (one off payment)
Inclusive of consultation (detailed above)
All testing will be undertaken on a Wattbike Atom at our facility
Undertake ramp test
Determine Maximal Aerobic Power (MAP)
Determine power threshold and correct training zones
Determine Maximum Heart Rate (MHR)
Define correct heart rate training zones
